3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure crispy potatoes. - Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and dry the baby potatoes.
Cut them in half to ensure even roasting. - Mix the Seasoning
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
