Classic Rainbow Fruit Salad is a colorful and refreshing mix of vibrant, juicy fruits that create a visually appealing and delicious dish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced

  • 1 cup green grapes, halved

  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed

  • 1 banana, sliced (optional)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Juice of 1 lime

Directions

  • Prepare the Fruits
    Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water.
    Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters.
    Dice the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
    Cut the watermelon into small cubes.
    Slice the grapes in half (if desired).
    Peel and slice the banana (optional, add last to prevent browning).
  • Mix the Fruits
    In a large bowl, add all the prepared fruits (except the banana if using).
    Gently mix them together to create a colorful blend.
  • Make the Dressing
    In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth.
  • Combine Everything
    Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture.
    If using bananas, add them now and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
