1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Directions
- Gather Your Nuts
Take 2 cups of mixed raw nuts and place them in a bowl. - Prepare the Spiced Butter Mixture
In a small bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of butter (or use olive oil).
Add brown sugar, paprika, cayenne, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well to combine. - Coat the Nuts
Pour the spice mixture over the nuts in a large mixing bowl.
Toss thoroughly to coat all the nuts evenly. - Spread on a Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the coated nuts in an even layer. - Roast the Nuts
